'I would never have done this if I did not feel that Mike Kafka could be a backup,' Reid said Kolb trade. 'But that\'s a position you need to take care of.'

The commercial was negotiated by President Joe Banner Eagles and Arizona GM Rod Graves. 'This is really a win-win for both teams,' said Eagles general manager Howie Roseman.

Rodgers-Cromartie has 13 interceptions in three seasons and was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2009. He had a season for the majority of last year\'s estimates, however. It\'s a bit of character, an enigma to some reporters in Arizona that covered it, and sometimes walking barefoot on the Cardinals\' locker room with painted nails.

Rodgers-Cromartie has two years left on his contract.

The Eagles will host the Cardinals on November 13.
